"A few weeks ago, when we got our order home, I found that my garden salad contained only lettuce—no other vegetables. I thought maybe someone just overlooked adding them, but then I realized they also forgot the ranch dressing for my lettuce. I was becoming a bit frustrated, but I figured Mr. Jim's was just having an off day. Then, when we tried the pizza, we discovered it was burned and the crust didn’t have the garlic Parmesan topping that we had ordered—it was plain. We decided to chalk it up to a fluke and moved on.
Today, I decided to give Mr. Jim's another chance. They mentioned I could place an order at 8:50 PM, even though they close at 9 PM, which made me happy. However, as we were driving home, I noticed they had left out an item from my order. Since they were already closed, I couldn’t call or return for it, so I arrived home feeling disappointed, especially since I was reminded of my last experience.
Sure enough, when we got home, the pizza was burned again (I've added a photo). I'm genuinely disappointed with Mr. Jim's. I don't know what's going on, but it seems like there are issues that need to be addressed. I can't be the only customer experiencing this. My family is concerned we might not order from Mr. Jim's again. While I think we will, I will definitely make sure to double-check my order for all items and inspect the quality of the food before leaving the store next time."
