"I don’t understand why she felt guilty, especially since when she took my plate, she threw it in the garbage instead of showing it to the cook. It felt like they knew the caldo was bad. She came back to me, but I told her I just wanted to pay for my soda so I could leave. I was so upset that I cried. It was such a disappointing experience that the next day I shared it with my co-workers, and they told me that this restaurant is known for its issues. One of my colleagues had a similar experience just a week prior.
I will never return to Jaliscos. I’m shocked that a restaurant with a three-year history has a cook who doesn’t monitor what they're serving. I wanted to give this restaurant a high rating, but I will continue to share my story until the owner fixes their refrigerator and invests in better quality control."
