"This restaurant was by far the worst experience we have ever had. It was more of a joke than a true dining establishment. The food was not worth the money, and the waiter was unhelpful. There were no other customers there, which is not surprising given the poor quality of the food and service. We were also disappointed to find that this was affiliated with Hyatt. We left a comment on Instagram but received no response, although we didn't really expect one considering the low level of service and food quality. We are grateful we didn't post any pictures."
