"New ownership still struggling. I don't think I've had a correct order since the new owners took over. First time order was done online, waited an hour, went to pick up and they had no record stating there's an issue with online orders. No apologies, didn't offer anything just forced me to wait while they made it again. Next time ordered nachos to go, came home, the cheese wasn't even melted. Decided to stop ordering (a bummer since we live across the street). We just went in again after waiting 6 months. Ordered a two items, one was correct and the other was the wrong item. While they apologized, it was the third strike. After a long week, I just wanted an easy dinner. Thankfully it was my order and not my child's they messed up. So much an easy dinner after a long week, had to come home and cook. I was not waiting another 30 minutes for them to correct and remake. Thankfully the store down the road has yet to mess up an order."
