"We had a reservation for lunch, and we were celebrating a bday. We approached the hostess stand to check in and we had our luggages. The guy led us to our seats but didn’t inform us we were going to go up stairs even after seeing us with our luggages. There were empty tables on the bottom so not sure why he made us carry our luggages up the stairs. He didn’t even say one word to us or apologized that there was no ramp or give us a heads up that we were going to have to carry our luggages up the stairs. Pretty inconsiderate of this staff member. Then he sat us at the smallest table, in between two tables that already were filled with people. Not sure where he expected us to put our luggages as they will be blocking the other people to get in and out of their tables. Again, very ignorant and inconsiderate of this staff member. And again, he said nothing as he sat us at our table. I had to take a call while we were waiting for the waiter. As I was on the call with my client, the waiter comes up to me, interrupting my call to ask if we are ready to order. I had to whisper to him if he can come back in a couple minutes. Kind of rude of the waiter to just interrupt my call. As soon as I was off my call, he came back to take our order. I ordered an iced tea and he didn’t provide any sweetener/sugar. The food came pretty fast but nothing to even write about. It wasn’t special and super basic. Overall, our experience sucked. We did come for a bday and there was not one mention of it."
