"Generous portions, nice flavors. I won't profess to be an expert on Korean cuisine, but I can say that the two things I've had at Shilla I greatly enjoyed. On my first visit I tried the Kimchi Fried Rice. A twist on its better-known cousin, Chinese Fried Rice, the Kimchi Fried Rice was spicy enough to make my nose run without burning my tongue out of my head. The portions of rice, kimchi, and meat were appropriate, and overall it was more than I should have eaten in one sitting.<br/ <br/ On my second visit I ordered the Bulgogi Dupbop. I'd never heard of this dish. A bed of rice was topped with sauteed onions, bulgogi that was cooked with egg and carrot and a sweet soy sauce. Again, the portion was very generous! The tastes were very good, however I found the meat a little overcooked and I could have used a little more of the sweet soy sauce.<br/ <br/ Oh, and if you go around lunch time, give yourself 10 minutes or so for them to prepare your order. The times I have been there they had a steady stream of customers."
