"The customer service was amazing. We were running late due to the holiday traffic and they held the table for 30 minutes. The staff was very informative and friendly and service was prompt. We had the unlimited champagne tea service and my glass was never empty. The food was good expected for afternoon tea. The noise level was ok but the experience overall wasn’t as fancy as I expected. Maybe because it was crowded during the holidays. Overall I would totally recommend the afternoon tea for everyone to try once. The hotel itself is beautiful."

"We're here because of the high tees and it was okay. we arrived about 15 minutes early and the whole food was already on every table. that has shaken me out since covid and knowing that people have been passing and were able to sneak on the food of the guests. I didn't like that at all! it also made the tea sandwich open to the air and less fresh. our total experience was good thanks to amazing service. I'm not coming back."
