"The original location, Kahuna Tiki, is one of my favorite restaurants. Though the atmosphere at this new location was fantastic, the service unfortunately left a lot to be desired. We were sat at our table at 8:15pm and it was 9:00pm before anyone came to our table to offer us menus or drinks. We ordered all of our drinks and food right away and it was another 40 minor so before we received our appetizers. Our entrees finally showed up around 10 and our drinks didn’t come until after we received our entrees. We finished our dinner when they were closing up, at 11pm. The food and drinks themselves were delicious….we just didn’t except that we would be there until closing. There might be several reasons for this, however, as it seemed they were very short staffed. This location also opened only a few months ago so they might still be working through all the wrinkles that come a long with that. Because of how much I like the original location I will definitely give this new location another try and hope for a better experience."
