Though we have been to Bellisimo before, he always makes it feel extra special. Omar keeps a pleasant smile on his face while answering our barrage of questions from my family gently, accurately, and politely, and I don’t know how he does it and keeps his cool. He not only has a profound knowledge of the restaurant, but he will also mesmerize you with his thoroughness. He explains the special of the day at just the right pace and will repeat it as many times as requested without becoming annoyed, takes our drink orders without pause, and is just so nice and cool without forcing it. We are never rushed, and our food and drink are always absolutely perfect. The different entrees manage to come out quickly, but not too quickly. The dude’s got it down to an art form. Omar is the quintessential server and most appropriately represents this highly reputable establishment with class. My family loves coming here for the delicious food, but Omar makes the meal and the experience that much better!"
