"I haven't gone to Icicles for years now. I remember everyone loved going to rolled ice cream places when it was trendy, but I still appreciate a good rolled ice cream place when I come across one.I came here after eating dinner because I wanted something sweet. It was either boba or this, and I chose this. I wanted something cold yet not too sweet. Upon looking at the menu, there are a few things you should know. There are regular cream flavors and non-dairy options. There's also separate stands/kiosks for if you want to pay with cash or pay with card. I ended up paying with card that night.With the iPad kiosk, it allows you to choose a base first, and then add up to 5 toppings for free. You can add mix-in's in your ice cream, but it's $0.50 more.I ended up getting strawberry fantasy with whipped cream, toasted marshmallows, Graham crackers, condensed milk, strawberries, and cheesecake pieces. My total came out to be around $13.I almost forgot how creamy this was and how slow it melts. I loved all the toppings I got with my strawberry fantasy base (honestly most of the toppings I got are in the base itself). It wasn't super sweet and it hit the spot.
