"I have been going to Cedar's restaurants for decades, often visiting during the summer for vacation and family gatherings. I can even recall when the restaurant used to spin. However, during my most recent visit, a big mistake was made. Both myself and another person at my table ordered the prime rib cooked medium rare, but they were both served medium to medium well. When we brought this to the attention of our waitress, she admitted they had run out of medium rare but did not inform us until after we had started eating. This lack of transparency left a bad taste in my mouth. They did offer to prepare a different meal for us, but by the time it arrived, the rest of our party had already finished their meals. Overall, the way this issue was handled did not meet expectations in terms of customer care, and there was no offer to compensate for the disruption to our dining experience."
