"What is Tin Roof? This is probably better answered by asking what it’s NOT. It’s not some hipster, fancy, new-age restaurant. It’s not clean. It’s not creatively ingenious. In fact, the service isn’t even THAT good. But perhaps what makes it so charming and enjoyable is just how grunge-y it is. It is the greasiest, most hole-in-the-wall, cheap bar food you’ll ever have. And for that, I love it. Sometimes nothing quite hits the spot like a greasy bar burger and fresh out of the fryer tots. Try it. You’ll probably regret it later, but you’ll thank yourself in the moment."
