"Hi. I want to make a complaint about this Chirping Chicken restaurant. Ordered through GrubHub. 1. A person from the restaurant called me last night stating that he recognizes my account and that I keep cancelling or asking for a refund in the past, which is not true. I looked up all my orders from them and have ordered over 16 times since last September an don't remember ever having an issue with them. 2. After I called them back and explained that they probably had me confused with another customer, the guy sounded like he didn't believe me. 3. After I ate the dinner. In the early am I started to have diarrhea and felt ill. I have never had this issue before after eating. I think they did something to my food. 4. I will never order from them again. The (physical) pain I went through this morning was unbearable. I normally don't write reviews but I feel that people should know about this restaurant. Not sure if it was the owner I spoke with, or someone else. But, never in my life has anyone accused me of something that was not true. I've been a loyal customer and have ordered from this restaurant plenty of times. They just lost a loyal customer. I will NEVER order from them again! Whatever they did to my food, that was really messed up. And for that, I'm going to go on as many sites as I can to let everyone know what happened."
