"I really love the Portsmouth, NH location and was excited to have a local option. However, I tried to enjoy lunch there two months ago and was quite disappointed. The service was terrible—not due to a staff shortage, but because the employees were just hanging around the bar, playing on their phones. I had to call someone over, and as soon as we were served, I had to flag someone down again for assistance. I went back today to give it another shot and had breakfast. Unfortunately, the coffee was cold, the egg sandwich was cold, and the hash was tough. Both dishes were lacking and it’s clear why. Lastly, the prices are considerably high compared to other local restaurants with similar menus."
