"I ordered pizza tonight and I think it was the worst pizza I’ve had in Kansas City. Small, cheese and meat on cardboard and very expensive at $25. When I called to complain I have to say that the manager was very accommodating and customer service does make a difference. But I have eaten at this restaurant and have had much better food so come on let’s get your act together. I want you to succeed as a neighborhood restaurant.
