"I hunted some of these delicious chicken cream soup (that only the olive garden is perfect), but since we moved to Holiday... we haven't seen any of their franchises. So I went out my way to this beautiful gem and my first experience was 10000% satisfactory. Lilah (the TO-GO customer specialist) was so helpful and nice. She followed all our special instructions, packed the food wonderfully and made sure you check our orders. To the crew behind the scenes in the kitchen- thanks for doing such a wonderful job. The Calamari was so wonderful/tasteful and the pasta was perfection. After such a great experience I called her back directly and spoke to the manager to share this wonderful experience. You could really say how proud she is about this restaurant and her crew. Side Note... to do the TO-GO order was really cool because they text you and make it super easy with a quick check-in link as soon as you have come to pick up your food. All in all, we will of course return. Happy holidays to the entire crew and look forward to more good experiences!"

"Ever since COVID hit, the prices at this restaurant have significantly increased. The classic lasagna now costs almost twenty dollars. However, the salad and breadsticks are still complimentary. Our server was outstanding and definitely deserved a twenty percent tip. The pasta was delicious and the sauce was creamy. We will definitely return as long as we continue to receive excellent service like we did last night!"

"My nieces love this location and always want to come here. I’ve gone with them the last few times and it’s been great. It’s a family friendly place. Really good for big families. Easy to take kids here. It does get busy on weekends but that’s every decent place around here on the weekends. We didn’t have to wait that long tho. During the week it’s a hit or miss with if they’re busy. The servers have been really nice and friendly. It’s the pandemic and I have no complaints."

"The plates that came with the appetizers were dirty, had to ask for clean. The most important courses were half hot when they were taken out and the appetizers were cold when they were supposed to be hot. The service was nice and the dining room was clean. The toilets were in order. It takes a lot of improvement from what it was years ago. Food: 3/5"

"The salad and the soup you can eat is very good. Both dishes are always very good. The Entrée courts are okay, but nothing I personally think is great. The Bartender, Damian, is very nice. A suggestion, always ask that your bread rolls be well made and browned. Before we started this question, they were always less than fully baked. As for me, they were like cheap, subcooked subbrot or like a torpedo-shaped soft white bread. Properly cooked, they are like night and day. Of course, these bread rolls are not worthy of compiling a decent Italian dish if not properly baked. In any case, I will return from time to time to this better than average chain restaurant."

"This is the hands down the best olive garden in the Tri-State area. General Manager Rich is running a tight ship. He came to our table to talk to us during our meal and I asked him all about his restaurant. Soemthing you could say he was proud. This is the cleanest olive garden I've ever seen. The cleanest chain restaurant I've ever seen. The floors, blankets, tables and bathrooms were impeccable. Staff did everything to make this place a top restaurant choice. This is a test for large management. And we all know how great Olive Garden soup salad and bread sticks are. My lasagna was also good and the kids loved their children's menus and my wife's fresh gluten-free pasta was also delicious. Great job GM Rich. Will definitely be back. Olive Garden is happy to have you Rich!"

"The food experience is usually great with the occasional feeling of how the cook has changed. The service is great and the restaurant is clean when it is not super boring. It's normal for all places. Waiting times are usually 15 to 20 min. Food is good, but not the biggest. I love soup and salad, so they're my way for it. Only if the consistency was there, I would be here more often. But still great"

"I love Italian food but my hubs isn't a fan, so I have lunch here occasionally when on errands. Service was great! Salad was wonderful as usual. Not as happy with the chicken parmigiana with spaghetti. Parm was overcooked and the sauce was acrid, almost bitter. I'll be back but I'll keep away from their marinara sauce."

I hate to say it because our waitress was very nice, but we never got our appetizers, had to wait a while and then finally be in the position to ask for spoons for our suppe, and had to ask for drink fillings. a meal that could have been complete in 35 to 45ish minutes took much longer because we still had to wait."

"Firstly, the woman checking us in couldn't find our reservation that we had called ahead for. Our group of 4 adults was seated in a small booth. We started with appetizers, but our drinks arrived first, followed by salad and soup. Surprisingly, our appetizers came out with our entrees well before we were ready for them. It was a Friday night, but there was no need to rush us through our meal. Appetizers should have been served first, followed by soup and salad, and then our entrees after we had finished with those. It would have been appreciated if the table was kept clear of dirty dishes and if our requests to have dishes cleared were promptly responded to. Despite these issues, the food was satisfactory."
