"What a pleasant surprise! Tried The Torch for the first time tonight and left feeling like we struck gold! First we had a tasty salad with mixed greens ,strawberries, and mandarin oranges with a special house dressing. Everything was fresh and crisp. I ordered the prime rib with Yukon potatoes and a side of cooked zucchini. The meat was cooked just perfect with pink center, the zucchini was not overcooked and the potatoes were cooked properly. The presentation was very professional. Prices were perfect for the entree. The staff was attentive. We will return!"
