"Weekday buffet is lacking in selection, but I get catering to a smaller body of customers. Menu selections appeared inaccurate. Example a panini isn't a sandwich of toast. It needs to be grilled. Additionally, corn flakes on French toast is a choice of approach, but it seems a bit beneath Hyatt quality. Food didn't taste bad. In fact, we enjoyed all we ordered, including the fruit plate. Service was excellent"
