"Why is the bread always SO hard, I could break through my car window with it. It's like chewing on a shoe, I think I might break a tooth! Normally I wouldn't say anything but this is like the 3rd time I've gotten a sandwich that I could barely eat. FIFO, rotate your bread and throw the old stuff away. On a second note the staff has always been very friendly and nice."
