"The staff were so kind and welcoming. We ordered 3 rolls (Banzai, Dragon Mango and Shogun) all of which were delicious. Our favorite and my recommendation was the Dragon Mango. I also had a taste for some Nigiri and let the chef choose hisrecommendations. He did not disappoint! Was some of the best salmon I have had. To top it off we got some mochi. I highlyrecommend the red bean! Was amazing! We will be coming back!"

"Should be called Sushi Poop.Found hair in two rolls. The fake crab used is very old and taste like ? and smelly. The shrimp was fried twice and had and rancid. My wife after eating a few pieces ran to the bathroom. All I can say is she was there most of the night and was pounding Gatorade."

"The Omakase meal was okay, but not worth the price of $200 per person. The soup was too salty and there was unnecessary tobiko on everything. Additionally, there was a lack of actual sushi and mainly side dishes were served. The fish tasted fresh, but overall it was a disappointing experience. I was expecting traditional Omakase sushi, not a knockoff kaiseki meal."

"It is rare that I leave Review for any restaurant but in this case it's worth sharing. This review is only in regards for the Nigiri as that is all I will ever eat here. I have been eating sushi since I was a young boy and it's always been my favorite food but after my latest few experiences at Sakana all sushi will judged differently. The first time I went I tried the tuna, white tuna and salmon. Usually white tuna is my favorite fish but alas Sakana sushis salmon blew me away. It was like I was eating salmon for the very first time, it literally made me shudder.The second time I went I had the salmon (couldn't resist), the white tuna and yellowtail. I normally don't much like yellowtail but I figured if the salmon made new question my existence why not? It was INCREDIBLE! This latest time I went I got adventurous and tried thE flounder because I've never had it. It was unbelievable! My go to lunch special will now always be the salmon, flounder and yellowtail.It's obvious that this sushi chef really knows what he's doing."

"Ordered snow white roll, lionking roll, mixed tempura, seafood udon, garden salad and edemame. Everything was good and fresh. Service was excellent. Even noticed that a family came in with a cake and waitess asked if they would like to store it in the fridge. Thats what i call service!! Will definitely go again."

"Thursday night casual dinner. Prices are a little high for the quality and flavor of the food. I got the deluxe ramen and my boyfriend got the bbq pork bento. Didn't really enjoy the ramen much and found the chashu too sweet. The bento was a little better. Good portions, but most likely won't be back. I remember the rolls tasted good when I first went a year ago. Ordering those is probably a better bet."

"One of my all-time favorite sushi restaurants. Always busy and always worth it! Haven’t had anything there I haven’t liked yet. We typically order the omakase and add a couple more items like the toro and blue shrimp. Their plates are delicious as well, but I definitely recommend the omakase hands down. The reason I love their omakase so much: 1. Always fresh, always yummy 2. They season based on the fish. So, they don’t just have one sauce that gets added to everything. There is a journey to taste. 3. You get a dessert! As I said, place is always busy. If you are able to make reservations, recommend that but I sometimes have a hard time reaching them over the phone. Otherwise, get there 15-20 min before they open and prepare to stand in line for a bit."
