"Visited Ithaca with my parents and my daughter for a day and planned to have dinner at Maru Ramen. We arrived after 6pm and got a table for four. Our order was taken immediately and the food arrived quickly. We started with hirata buns with pork, a steamed bun with perfectly tender slices of pork. This was followed with the beef dumplings, edamame, seaweed salad, and vegetable tempura (crispy and light shredded veggies). My stepfather got the avocado bibimbop, mom got the Hangover ramen (spicy broth with pork), daughter got the miso broth with pork, and I got the tonkotsu ramen. The noodles are fresh, pork sliced thin and tender, and the broths were perfect (not salty and flavorful) even on a sunny day.Clean place, wonderful quick service, delicious food and great selective beverage menu. Worth the visit.Vegetarian options: Ample options for vegetarians.Kid-friendliness: Portions are filling and big. Request a smaller bowl or plate to portion food for younger kids."
