"Definitely the best take-out Chinese in JP! If I had a choice, this would be my no. 1 choice. The problem is, I work late pretty much every day. They close at 9pm most days and I will end up ordering much later. They are open later on the weekends. So, that when I usually get my opportunity to order. There is nothing I haven't liked. I especially like their won-ton soup. So good! Are there better Chinese places in Boston? Of course. However, for regular take-out Chinese food, you can't go wrong! I really want to mention, they are super nice people. Always very friendly and helpful. This is a great local business! Do them and yourself a favor and get some JP Kitchen!"

"1. after many reviews and pictures on fb food group. we sat and served hot tee and water. the waiter came back and took the drink order and left menus. came back a few minutes later with drinks and gave us more time to watch over the menu. a few minutes later he came back and commanded. eating came in very reasonable time frame, piping hot, wing, chicken finger, huh and bark teriyaki was perfect and juicy, all the other on pupu platter was great. inlays by kung pao iii delight, marco polo delight and egg foo yong were vaporous and very good, woman liked that efy gravy was on the side that is better, as rest on this wise. service was very good, waiter was attentive, but not disturbing. the price was very reasonable for everything we have. pupu for 3, large rangoon, lg beef teriyaki, the 3 main side shells, 2 scorpion bowls for 2 and 2 pepsi’s was just under $153 in front of top. try it better than that everywhere."

"The crispy pork and the Shrimp and Veg are outstanding. Mongolian Beef and Teriyaki Chicken are good. The scallops here are not very good. They slice them and they are not very big to begin with. The fried rice is so so. Price is high and the service is rude but they have some excellent dishes here. I had a big order and asked for 4 sweet and sour and she said I can give you two but they are 50 cents each for the other two. The order was just under $50. I asked for extra napkins and the girl grudgingly gave them to me. I though she was going to charge me 50 cents for them too. I'd like to give them less than four stars but that shrimp and veggie is so good. Best I ever had."

"I live right down the street from this place. I go there once in awhile. I got the worst food ever the last time I went there. Lobster sauce was soy sauce with hamburger. Threw it away immediately. Rice was nasty and old. I would have brought it back if I didn't drive 5 miles to my girlfriends house. Sorry just telling the truth."

"We decided to try a different Chinese restaurant, but we won't be coming back here. We ordered the sesame chicken, and while the plate was full of what looked like chicken, it turned out to be mostly breading. I'm pretty sure around a third of the pieces didn't even have chicken in them, just breading. The sauce was ok, nothing amazing, but not bad, but it tasted more like a sweet and sour sauce, but they did sprinkle sesame seeds on top, so I guess it qualifies as sesame chicken. We also ordered their pork wontons, 8 for $6. They also were more wrapper than filling; the wrappers were thick and there was at least 3 times as much wrapper as filling. Service was nice though, no complaints there."

"Horrible service! As we walked in the waitress had a face expression of not wanting to be there, but we were so hungry that we decided to stay. We asked what ingredients a menu item had and said she really didn’t know; However, her face implied, don’t ask me anything. Wife was enjoying the soup, and noticed something that looked like a piece of a rat, which killed the mood. As we closely inspected the object it became more apparent that it was a piece of a rag. We notified the waitress and she didn’t even apologized, but instead asked if she wanted to exchange for a new bowl os soup. Not even one apology! Left and don’t plan on ever returning."

"Ordered Tiger pork extra spicy and wonton soup. Both were delicious. I can't compare the soup as I normally don't order soup at places however some places when I ask for extra spicy I get a dash more and I literally don't notice the extra (hot) spicy. This place made my entree extra spicy ^ ^ took a few bites as it wasn't an instant hot spicy for me but it definitely did not disappoint!"

"At China Inn we ordered take out tonight. The Egg Rolls are the best I've had anywhere in a very long time! We also had Chicken w/ Snow Peas #218) and Hot Spiced Szechuan Beef #315) both were very delicious, and the spice in the Szechuan Beef was just perfect to me, not overpowering, just perfection! Ingredients of the vegetables were fresh too. It has been awhile since going to China Inn and I don't know why it took until today to make an order again this could become a weekly ritual to order from China Inn great food, great service and a great value here!"
