It didn 't come with it though, so I asked for one. They came back with a dirty knife (pictured).2. The pho broth was super oily. The whole top layer of the bowl was oil. It was also lacking that signature pho taste.3. The utensils on the table are touching the wall, and the utensil holder itself was so dirty. I imagine the same splashes on the holder also end up on the clean utensils because the first spoon I grabbed was gross.Top pho? I don 't think so."
