"I was pleasantly surprised by my experience at the beeside balkon am silvester during the visit of the beautiful del mar, California. this place was selected by my omni/ Mixed-Diät group for its ocean views, outdoor seats and heated terrace. they have not labeled vegan options on the menu, but the staff is knowledgeable and will let them know what can be made vegan or is already vegan. (I called) they made me a hummus board with roasted pita and roasted, which I enjoyed very much. but I was very pleasantly surprised and impressed by my entrée, the smoked paprika baked tofu. it is vegan standard, and came served on a bed of quinoa with a really refreshing lime-cylinder vinaigrette dressing. the tofu was marinated and full of taste, and a really good texture. well done! more than I expected from a meat and sea restaurant! updated by previous review on 2022-01-16"
