However, after insisting, someone else eventually helped me resolve the issue. Instead of receiving a refund, credit, or gift card for the overcharge, I was simply told that I would receive a discount on my next visit. This seemed to me like an unreasonable request, as I would have to point out to my server that I had been overcharged the last time. Eventually, the overcharge was corrected, but the lack of clear communication and customer service left me feeling frustrated. The food was decent, but the prices were quite high at around $60 for two tom kha soups, one order of spring rolls, and a small side of rice. Overall, I am unlikely to dine here again due to the lack of accountability and customer service."
