"I went to this place a few years ago and loved it. However, we recently arrived shortly after opening on a Friday, ordered a few sandwiches and an appetizer to go, and had to wait for an hour for the food to be prepared. Service was virtually nonexistent as we waited, and totally unapologetic bordering on insolent when the food was finally ready. Sandwiches were poor compared to previous visits- cold, very little meat. I would strongly recommend avoiding this place, which is a shame because it used to be a quality option."
