"Best Thai Restaurant in Maine and Top Thai Restaurant in USA. Overall, the food was good. I've been a loyal customer for 11 years and the taste never changed. I love to order kra thong zang, shrimp tom yum soup, tom kha. Pad see ew, pad kee mow, pineapple fried rice, etc. Your mango sticky rice also very good, but only available depends on the mango season. The owner is very nice and most workers here are very welcoming. Taste similar to food in Thailand. Very recommended to eat here. You have other locations, but somehow the taste a little difference and I just like the one in South Portland."

"We stayed at Home2 Suites in Smithfield and decided to stop the moment) for dinner. We didn't know what to expect. Clean, comfortable and friendly staff was the first impression. This was tortured by an Ultimate Mai Thai Platter. That was excellent, everything we hoped. We could have just stopped there? But the appetizer was so pleasant that we ordered Twin Delight and Four Enemies. Wow! Delicious, freshly prepared and served with an honest smile. It is from the road in a commercial plaza and not obvious how you drive, but definitely worth a stop. That could be a normal one for us."

"We have gotten take-out delivery from Rice Violet a few times. Their food is very good ! I reccommend eating there or taking out. Spicy Rice, Spicy noodles with chicken was very good. Tea was very good still hot when delivered. Crab rangoons are very good. Overcooked (Burn't) 1x, had to throw out the whole order. That is my only complaint. Chicken Satay is very good. Pineapple fried rice is also tasty. Beef dish was very good to ! I like that they deliver to ! Will keep going."

"The service at this restaurant is fantastic and well-coordinated, and the food is consistently wonderful. They offer a variety of spicy noodles and noodle soups that are served piping hot and delicious. Even the fried rice and noodles, despite being fried, are never greasy. As someone with a sensitive stomach, I was able to enjoy my meal without any negative effects. The Crab Rangoons are some of the best I've ever had! They also have delicious vegetarian options available. Unfortunately, there is no parking available as it is located on Newbury St. The restaurant is not wheelchair accessible as it requires going down stairs to enter and there is no elevator."

"Nice tiny place. Wasn’t busy when I went. The people seemed nice, couldn’t understand what they were saying. But was very chill. The waitress lady was nice and very patient. The fried dumplings appetizer was very good! Never had them before, so it was a first good experience! And idk what the sauce was with the dumplings, but it tasted amazing with them! For the meal I stuck with the Duck soup. Was very filling, delicious! Overall good little experience.The other to thing I liked is if you bring cash, you might be able to save a few bucks. Like if you spend over $50 you get $5 back. Which I guess some people wouldn’t take the money. But I’d say it’s a great dealI other than that, it’s a small place, very colorful building. I like the are outside of it. A con is that there isn’t a whole lot of parking."

"Nice to find this hidden jewel in Charlotte. We invited two more couples to join us for dinner and all went full and happy. This is a small place so you might have to wait for a table, but it is worth it. You also have very good vegetarian options. Update 10/2021 This was the last restaurant we ate before Covid influenced us all so. I had a friend from the city to visit and decided we had to go Thai food and that was the right choice for us. The food is a taste explosion and meets the place. They have very limited seats, so plan to wait for a table and enjoy some options from their bar."

"The food is *great*, but the prices rose too fast for me to justify the food or the order of Takeout more (which I used to do 2-3 times a week. Everything in the menu has increased to $3-$4 in a span of 6 months or so. My latest order of 3 simple appetizers was $34, the earlier $20 with tax 6 months ago. I fully understand the effects of inflation, but this dramatic increase (if other local Thai options are * much* cheaper and of similar quality is unfortunately seen. "We had chicken and shrimp Pad Thai and soup. The soup was very salty. The chicken was very old and had that taste of being reheated multiple times, very dry and with no other flavor besides to very old chicken. The noodles were just sweet.
