"Haven’t been to a restaurant in months. They have a new chef. He did my sushi and I loved my spider, rainbow and California roll. Fresh and tasty. Hubs had his food done by the head sushi chef and said his chirashi bowl was aesthetically pleasing — balance of color pleasing to the eye. Sushi that needed to be firm was firm; sushi that needed to be soft was soft. Great harmony of flavors — saltiness, brineyness. Sushi rice well cooked and seasoned.
