"If I could give 5 stars, I would only do so if the restaurant offered an all-vegan menu. However, their vegetarian and vegan options are impressive, featuring a dedicated menu with delicious vegan packs. The vegan packs can easily be modified to vegetarian, and I've found that many of the meat-based dishes can be adapted to be vegetarian or vegan upon request. The staff, including the owner Cindy, are wonderful and engaging. Rojoz has been around for 10 years in its current location, and they previously operated in the city center for 15 years. Their operation is efficient, and their customer service is outstanding."
