"I love the restaurant. Everything is cooked as I like it. You have a good selection of items, food and drinks smart, out. I've never been disappointed when I dine there, and I've been in different Benihana locations for at least 30 years. I will always make it my special occasion dinner choice every time."

"we had a reservation at 5:45 a.m. and showed up at 5:30 a.m. we did not sit up to almost 7 clock despite empty tables in the restaurant. as soon as they were fed, it took another hour, almost before they even started cooking. to round it off, the heat was so high in the building that the guests went and the ones who all stayed had red cheered, the ice melted in our drinks almost immediately. many guests had to cool outside during dinner. that had nothing to do with the hot flat plates because they were not in use at that time. the poor server has a great task under its circumstances, but this place is badly managed. I would recommend 10/10 not to eat in this restaurant. we are finally around 9 o'clock at the arrival around 17.30 o'clock. they don't do it themselves."

"We had a reservation but still had to wait 30 minutes to be seated. The waiter was slow and forgot to bring us our soup and salad. The chef had to fetch the sauces because the waiter neglected to bring them. The quality of the food has declined and considering the high prices, the service should have been much better. We have always enjoyed dining at Benihana, but this experience may have been our last. We paid premium prices for a mediocre experience typically found in a shopping mall restaurant, not a fancy upscale one."

"Food was good. Aaron was entertaining. Our server was new and it was a big opportunity for improvement. Our food was missed our drinks took longer than it probably should have. We were late to be seated on a Monday night so we didn't eat until almost 9 pm for a reservation at 7:3-7:45. My kids were passed out and barely ate. We were celebrating a birthday. We made the most of it. The check took forever because we were a larger group and the bill wasn't rendered correctly. To be fair the server said it was his first night out of training and we thought he was joking, but it showed. No managerial presence until the end when we were walking out."

"I visited the restaurant for an early Father's Day dinner on a Saturday at around 7:30 PM. Parking was available through valet for $6.50, but free street parking was an option. Our party had 6 people, including 2 children. The environment was busy and loud, so reservations are recommended. Not many TVs were present, but the bathroom was clean. The service was great, with a fun cooking show from the chef involving a pumping heart with the fried rice and a choo choo train with the onions. The staff was friendly and attentive. I ordered the deluxe treat, which included filet and lobster tail with fried rice (extra egg), along with a Benihana punch. The steak was cooked medium and the fried rice was delicious. There was enough food for leftovers the next day, including the tasty miso soup. The total cost was $540 with tip."

"Benihana is definitely more than just food. They have personal chefs for each table who cook the food right in front of you. They also perform tricks that makes it a fun experience! The food also comes with soup and rice. Although the food is on the expensive side, it is worth it for the experience. The franchise in Las Vegas is my absolute favorite. We requested extra spicy fried rice and the chef didn't disappoint. It was the absolutely delicious and mouthwatering."

"I waited 15 minutes to sit on the bar and was never approached to order everything I had to track someone to order a drink. at dinner the chef was so busy talking to other guests in Spanish that eating was neglected and the show that part of the dinning experience is often lacking. the server, empty skimmed on the table left and we had to consistently ask for water, tee and water replenishments and order everything. we will not be back soon. complete error."

"Some sale items at various stores were not to bad. Overall pricing would be average. Not a place to find Barton or clearance items. Santa is there taking distant pictures. Be prepared to walk. The mall does not offer any seating at this time. No place to rest and catch your breath while hitting all the stores. They do have ample parking. Some of your major stores and chain specialty stores. Along with one off unique stores. 2nd level is accessible by stairs, escalators and elevator."

The manager put my party of two on the standby list (first available list, fully booked with reservations Friday night) and a party of two didn't show and we were seated within 5 minutes of walking into the restaurant. Very delighted and our chief hooked us up, super extra garlic butter on everything, teriyaki sauce on top of the other 2 dipping sauces, lol. The others at are table were cool too!
