"We had made a reservation, but it was very cold outside. The restaurant was busy, but there was a table available in the main dining room. However, we were seated in the back section, behind the cashier, where we were constantly hit with cold air every time the door opened. We asked to be moved to the open table in the main dining room, but were told they were too busy to clear the table. Due to the cold temperature, we decided to leave instead of staying. It was disappointing, as we were excited to try their menu items. Luckily, we ended up having a pleasant dinner at a restaurant nearby."
