"The noodle portion is hilariously small compared to other vietnamese spots. There was plenty of beef and veggies but I think they could easily increase the noodle count so that it becomes a complete meal. But overall, the pho is really good with nice cuts of beef and the broth is super rich and flavorful."

"Visiting the area for the weekend. Having had pho from other cities with stronger Viet communities than Denver's, the pho looked authentic and the flavour profile was okay, but overall it tasted watered down and lacked the depth I'm used to.
