"Update: After politely requesting a refund I had 4 angry employees scream at me and prevent me leaving while demanding I leave or they call the cops. My car was blocked in by the cook standing in my way.YouTube video of the obnoxious behavior which involved them screaming at myself and my young child to be uploaded soon.I have never had a restaurant team come out to scream at me bc I politely asked for a refund.Read the other low reviews and you can see how their service truly is.Am I racist? Of course not! If you like Asian food I highly suggest Hoonan's in Rogers as well as Tokyo House. In Bentonville try Lin's Garden; and, Oriental Express was fantastic until they closed due to Covid. I love Asian food and culture, this had nothing to do with race and its a poor card to play in this scenario.Original Review:Very poor. We ordered food for 2 adults and 1 child. The order was 1 teriyaki beef, 1 chicken fried rice and 1 child's lo mien.It tasted like movie popcorn. Oily and the beef is very poor quality. This isnt food. its microwave pre cooked junk. Also there was only a small lump of rice included with the meal. REALY?! Junk beef cuts and less than adequate rice?Chicken fried rice: it was worse than the Sams Club piles of frozen premade fried rice. Thats seems to be enough said. Its bad. Awful flavor. Rice was goo... How could you be take pride in this?Kids Lo Mein: It was ok, same cheap pre made beef, noodles were good, but it takes effort to mess those up. Only item worth the money.Overall: Would never go back again. Never been to an Asian McDonalds, but damn. this was gross, and worthless food. Will never go back, and wouldn't recommend to my worst enemy. Saddest part is good Asian food is easy and cheap to make, but these people dont know how to do that and charge more for their junk food than its worth. Only an idiot would eat here. How could you ever be proud of this Owners...serious question...How could you ever take pride in this food?"
