"I made this reservation over a month ago, as we live the night in the hotel in this restaurant. we were out of the city and rushed to make our reservation while constant updates and remembrances of opentable. when we came to the hotel to look and then go straight to dinner, we found out that the restaurant was closed. when it was probably due to covid and personal questions, it was completely understandable - but what annoyed me was that nobody recognized me that they were closed. especially because we had a reservation - they had my name and my number to let me know or just cancel the res by the app! it was not cool after a day of travel, to have to find unexpected somewhere else to eat. during hanging lol they are sure to be close when they need and take care of their people during this time! but maybe next time they check their Res list and update the people about their plans."
