"This was our second Deluxe pizza and it turned out to meet our expectations. It lost a star because I was waiting for the pizza just outside of the door. After a long wait, I had to ask if it was available. In fairness to the front desk, the task being handled by the order person kept here focused on too many chores for a timely customer waiting response."

"Great location just off Front Street in Old Town. Quiet street, yet very close to the action. Nice looking building and pleasant interior. Outdoor seating looks great for the right temperature. Service was very good. Good bread was provided. The menu was decent with a nice variety. Some meat, seafood, and pasta. Clam chowder and salads were very nice. The main courses were good, but not outstanding. Some portions were slightly on the small size. Fresh and good flavors, but not five star meats and pastas. Overall, I would go back again."

"we have already eaten in this restaurant and were looking forward to a delightful evening, but the restaurant refused to accept our open table reservation. the host explained that the restaurant no longer accepted open table reservations that there was nothing to this effect on its website. they offered us nothing but waiting for at least 40 minutes in the line as if we were on the road. terrible customer relationships. we have gone and will never return to this restaurant."

"I tried this place a few times and it went from okay, to bad to absolutely terrible!! Half baked, doughy pizza with a burnt outer crust, super greasy with an extremely salty sauce....this describes my last 2 pizzas. I called to inform them. Their response...we are busy and maybe the stove isn't working right. Not an apology, just an excuse. They wouldn't refund my money only offered a small credit to use next time. There is no way I will EVER eat here again! I would advise that you don't either. Beware!"

However, during our recent visit to the area, we decided to give it a try based on multiple recommendations. And we were pleasantly surprised! It was hands down the best Italian food we have ever had. We enjoyed it so much that we even made a return visit the night before we left just to have their delicious lasagna again. "This pizza place has been founded on the building blocks of a ' Go Green ' mentality. Using renewable sources of energy, environment friendly cars for delivery and earth happy containers. All of the ingredients are organic, they have some vegan choices and gluten free pizzas. I tasted a vegan pinot noir which pleasantly surprised my taste buds. A multigrain delectable crust can be garnished with your own creations or set ones. The bbq chicken pizza is smokin '. As is my favorite custom pizza which has pesto sauce, mozzarella cheese, artichokes, roasted onions and portabella mushrooms. Everything is the best thing about a pizza delivery from here. In addition, I don 't have to endure grease blobs while supporting an earth friendly business."

"There used to be a pizza Nova where we lived, but it closed many years ago and I missed it. "I said it before and I say it now you want New York Pizza? This is the place and sometimes try hot Italian sub you won't be sorry.This is a sad addition to my good review, today I went back after a while and ordered the half Italian sandwich with salad and drink to go and waited in the lobby I thought it got ready too soon I should have opened it right there to check, that was a mistake I got home to find out this is an old sandwich that wasn't sold for whatever reason and the bread hard as a brick and cold I'm writing this so the manager is aware of what employees are doing so he/she is llllaware such tactics may save a few bucks but is it worth hurting an old time customer? I feel cheated and my lunch ruined it's time to have a talk with employees because I can't believe manager being this stupid makes no sense I'm beyond disappointed I drive and wait and drive home only to feel cheated Parking: The plaza has more than adequate spaces available Kid-friendliness: Definitely kids love it arcade and basketball etc big dining rooms great food"

"Have the shrimps and grits after a hard decision because the menu is amazing. Let me tell you. I had this court on the east coast and even in New Orleans. That's one of the best I ever had. Deep red sauce taste followed by grits that were only cheesy enough. I don't often die 5 stars, but this place has the ambience and the knowledgeable and attentive staff to ensure amazing food. Well deserved."
