"We thoroughly enjoyed the tofu "ceviche" made with extra firm tofu in a spicy lime sauce, which became my boyfriend's favorite dish of the night. I loved the soy glazed baked tofu, sliced and coated in a sticky soy sauce. The veggie tacos were also a hit, and we regretted only ordering two instead of four. The artichoke salad was tasty, and we assume their other salads are equally delicious. We also tried the brussel sprouts and cauliflower side dishes made vegan. The brussels were cooked in the same oil as fish, so strict vegans may want to avoid them, but they were delicious nonetheless. The cauliflower was excellent.
While the salad and tacos were small plates, the other dishes were more substantial, and we left the meal feeling very full. Next time, we plan to try a vegan sushi roll and the veggies in spicy garlic sauce. Overall, this dinner at Nobu was exceptional and one of the best vegan meals we had in Miami. The server was friendly and knowledgeable, the ambiance was elegant and cool, and the food was absolutely delicious. We will definitely be returning on our next trip to Miami."
