"Decent coffee but it’s not worth the price or poor customer service. I’ve been here a few times and I always need to repeat my order multiple times because I get talked over when I’m trying to give it. Small Cappuccino with Almond Milk.... but it always ends up being “small coffee milk and sugar” or some other variation."

"Fun and relaxing atmosphere. We sat in the main deck and it was very pretty! Our whole food was tasty, but every order was wrongly prescribed. It was good for us as a family, and we bypassed things and made it right. Our server was very pleasant, but hardly checked with us and never filled up our drinks. We would go back, but they could totally increase this experience by actually improving some simple gastronomic practices."

"Came to the Bungalow after disappointing service at a local place and so glad we did. Our waitress, Claire, was the sweetest ever and provided a welcome smile after a long day. French onion soup! Why get this anywhere else? It’s the perfect broth loaded with expertly caramelized onions and accompanied with so much delicious melted cheese it’s practically a meal in itself. And at just a $3 upgrade to a salad, a super great deal. Half the reason I love The Bungalow is their homemade salad dressings. Their blue cheese is without par. The smokey back ribs and perfect au gratin potatoes were tops. Their club sandwich was amazing. I love this place for everything they do and so appreciate the great food and cheery service. Why fight Stillwater traffic, crowds and parking when The Bungalow has it all?"

"I wish I could remember the server name he was very friendly and said he was there for 7 years. My friend and I shared a Bruschetta appetizer and I got Chicken Parmesan with Angel Hair and my friend got Chicken cachiatore. Mine was amazing and he loved him. I've had a Stromboli since that was excellent, and I'm planning to try her pizza, among other things. There was also a fleeting and steady outbreak of the crowd."

"Overpriced and poor service. Win the restaurant a second chance after a similar bad experience last year. This time a member of our party ordered a burger without bread and cheese for allergies they ignored. They fixed the burger extra for cheese that they removed it. You have also forgotten two of our meals and the server has returned to ask? If we need something?. When we said we needed our meals they played it out as if they didn't forget the meals, but they came hot out of the oven after the rest of our table finished our meal. The food is not worth the price and was certainly not worth waiting. I'm not going to eat again in this restaurant, that's disappointing as I live on site. I would also lead friends or family away from the restaurant."

"On Sunday at 12:55 a.m., I arrived at the restaurant which was scheduled to close at 2 a.m. There was no one in the waiting area. The host informed me that the wait would be 30 minutes, but I decided to wait and gave my name. It seemed like the host was trying to discourage us from staying. Despite this, my wife and I were determined to wait and were seated in less than 10 minutes. It appeared that the host discouraged other patrons from waiting as well, as three pairs left after being told to wait 30 minutes. We were finally seated at 1:03 a.m. and paid our bill at 1:28 a.m. It was clear that the staff was discouraging people from staying at the restaurant."
