"We love coming to Ichi Ramen! The food is good. The atmosphere is relaxed. And the customer service is phenomenal!!!After we left from dinner, my daughter realized she left her retainers wrapped in a napkin on the table I called to see if they had found them, but unfortunately the table had already been cleaned and they were in the trash. They took down my number and said they would try to find them. I'm thinking they're gone forever. 30 minutes later, I get a call. One of the waiters and the dish washer dug through the trash until they found them both. I couldn't be more grateful. They saved the retainers and my daughter's life!!!!"
