"Ordered the rib tips $15) and they were all fat and cartilage as in I couldn't even cut any meat off them.I told the girl at the counter that it wasn't good at all and if I can trade it for something else.She asked do you mean without paying for it? I said you know like what a normal restaurant would do if you weren't happy with your meal. She said we normally just remake it. I said it's all cut from the same ribs right ahe said yes so I asked wouldn't I basically get the same thing. She looked DUMBFOUNDED so I just said forget it. Tossed the plate in the trash and told her I'll be writing a Yelp review. Absolutely zero response from here. Terrible food Terrible service.After a few minutes I went up to the girl and asked her if ahe has a manager here or someone in charge that handles things like this. Again, dumbfounded and asked again if I wanted it recooked I said a refund would be nice. After a minute or so she said ok I can give you a refund. I asked why didn't you offer that initially, she didn't know."
