"the service is terrible. the order called at 17 o'clock. the cashier said 30 minutes, it will be done. my mother drove 30 minutes to pick it up and waited until 18:30, it wasn't done. they said 20 minutes so we canceled the order and they said that it is good that they did not even do it yet. it is not so hard to tell a customer the real waiting time. I lead a restaurant myself and inform the customer whenever he takes longer than we told them."
