"I'm not sure where things went wrong, whether it was with the caviar delivery or the restaurant itself, but we had a terrible experience with our food. Not only was the order incorrect, but the price we were charged did not match the receipt. We were overcharged by $35. Very disappointing. We waited a long time for our food, which ended up being a mess. The seafood ramen had a decent broth, but the ingredients were off - three eggs and a semi-raw tiny lobster. The mussels were fine, but the veggie ramen was forgotten altogether. The tempura was below average. Overall, I am full and unsatisfied with the poor quality of the food. This restaurant is definitely off our list. I wish we had ordered from somewhere else instead of wasting our calories here. My daughter usually loves this place, so maybe it wasn't a good idea to have caviar delivered - the delivery may have taken too long."
