"While looking up phone number for Capt. Chucky's in Chester Springs, I saw a few very bad reviews and felt compelled to share that we have consistently wonderful service and product. Their shrimp is second to none... it's the only place I will go for shrimp. Their pre-packaged fish is also very good. This is definitely a satellite location, small and cozy... I do not expect white glove service, but I do expect and receive friendly, humble service each and every time. Holidays are tough operationally on this small establishment and pickup at Christmas time can be a challenge... and frustrating. They've tried making changes this past year that fell through. They had a good plan, but it did not become a reality. While not a great experience, it's one day a year, I prepare to wait in line and I trust they are trying to make it an easier experience."
