"the 3 co-workers (2 young ladies and a gentleman,) who opened on Saturday 6/11 530am, are all very, very rude and lazy. Not only today, but consistently, I have seen all three of them again this morning, so was remembered. they all do that consistently where when they try to ask something they look like they are really busy, so they really need to work hard to get their attention to ask them for something simple. it is so when I know that I have to deal with one of these three, I feel like invisible because I can never get their attention, even if they work on a station that is less than 3 feet away from me. they do that ding where they focus only on one thing and one thing, and absolutely everything else is boiled out. of these three employees the gentleman definitiw was the most rude and I probably had 10 interactions with him in the last month. this was earlier my favorite and the best Starbucks place to go in the north, but this is a story of 2 shops. if these 3 employees work, they get an experience. If they're not there, it's going so much better. there is a young lady, petite with darker skin and maybe black curly haare? she's fabulous, I don't know her name. she could be an asst manager or manager, and I would not be surprised because if that young lady works, this load runs nice, but if she is gone, and then I see that there are the 3 people who have worked today Saturday, 11. juni at 530 o'clock. I just know I'm being treated much worse. for these 3 employees I simply...don't be mean and hostile to customers and 3rd party providers who are there on request of their load. if they do not enjoy the job, please do not take it on people who are not rude or mean for them, but just want to be a customer in their business or deliver an order that their business has asked us to come"
