"I was really looking forward to this dinner. I made a reservation for 5 people at 6:45, but we ended up adding a 6th person last minute. The person I spoke with on the phone asked us to come early to accommodate the extra person, which we did without any issue. Our first course (burata and soup, which arrived cold) was served around 8pm, I believe. We ended up leaving at 9:45 with our desserts packed in a bag because we couldn't stay in the restaurant any longer. The food was good, but since it was a pre-fixe menu, I couldn't understand why it was so delayed. I know it was New Year's Eve, so I understand they were busy, but by the time we left, the staff was already starting to break down the dining room for their own party that night. This was truly one of the most bizarre dining experiences I have ever had."
