"We order from Pizza Mia about twice a month. We’ve had delivery issues before, but today was especially egregious. We placed a $60 order for pizza at noon, and after 2 1/2 hours, the pizza hadn’t arrived. I called the shop and was transferred to the manager, Tyler, who gaslit me and told me that my order was dropped off and somebody must have stolen it or I just couldn’t locate it. Nobody stole it it’s 2:30 pm on a Saturday afternoon. To remedy the situation, he offered to remake it and said it would be delivered in another hour. He offered me free breadsticks as compensation. I don’t think free breadsticks is suitable compensation for the amount of waiting and arguing I had to do. I think our Pizza Mia days are done. On the plus side, there are other fantastic pizza places in Bellefonte with way better customer service."
