"We liked their food but likely won’t go again. The older gentleman and woman, who I assume are the owners, seem to have no sense of customer service and are very disorganized. Our order was called in and paid for over the phone. It was supposed to be ready at 5:30 and I was there at 5:30 to pick it up. By 6:30 and after being told several times that it was almost ready, we were then told they didn’t ever get the order. We showed proof of the charge in our phone, yet still they claimed they didn’t get the order. After much back and forth and them taking no responsibility for their error or apologizing, they finally admitted they did receive the $85 order. They then went ahead and made up our order as we continued to wait. And, clearly they did have it, as we didn’t need to tell them what we’d ordered. What upset me most was the lack of concern and their refusal to admit they made a mistake. Heck, they didn’t even offer me a glass of water while I waited over an hour. It seems that the owners are no longer capable of running this restaurant and providing quality service. ZERO STARS and a lost customer!"
