"The service was unbelievably bad. I've been here before and the service has never been great (just okay), but this time, it was surreal. It wasn't busy, and yet we couldn't get a server to pay attention to us. Moreover, they forgot our appetizers completely, so we ended up just paying for the drinks and leaving. The best part of the LCL Bar is its location. You don't come here for the experience."
