"Tl;Dr . My salad had a piece of black styrofoam or something similar in it (see pic)!!! A new low. I found it when chewing on it near the bottom of my salad but no telling if I accidentally ingested more of it earlier on. A new low!Had stopped going here because they never had my salad ready even when I ordered it for 45+ minutes in the future. I decided to give them a other shot today and my wife ordered an hour in advance (around noon for a 1pm pickup). Well surprise, my wife said the salads weren't ready when she got there. I did think the salad was pretty good though I did hot a few bites that were unexplainably tough/fibrous/crunchy and still don't know what those were but I was pretty sure they were a good product, however toward the bottom of my salad I hit something that was straight up chewy and upon pulling it from my mouth discovered some sort of styrofoam like substance that I was chewing on. I am truly disgusted at this point and between that and then still clearly not understanding how to manage mobile orders, I will probably never be back again."
