"Today i decided to stop by here with my kids, and nephews. I used to come here everyday in the mornings for my Green or Vampire juice , I have ordered trays of fruit in the past every time any family or friend would ask about a fruit or natural juice I would always with no hesitation , automatically recommend this location to them , today I had a very bad experience with a worker here , as I placed my order with her she seemed to be having a bad day from the start, she already had an attitude, I still ordered I asked if they still had regular scoop of ice cream’s I did not see them upfront like before, she said yes and I placed a regular therapy blend number seven with almond milk, but as the order came up I noticed a weird drink , not what I usually order so I then asked and said excuse me I don’t think this is what I order , it was supposed to be a number seven , her with a very rude voice and attitude responded that’s why I asked you , and I said yes and even when you asked me I told you it was a therapy blend number seven , she rolled her eyes , I asked if they can please fix it and make it right I did paid and would like to get the drink I ordered so she kept on and another worker came to make it right. I myself work at a restaurant I understand we have bad days, I get it but it wasn’t something they couldn’t fix even if it was a misunderstanding, but why get loud disrespectful and give a horrible attitude to a paying customer. Just very disappointed over the treatment today ."
