"The sandwiches were amazing, and the staff was quite patient. I initially thought the cashier was rude when I asked if mayo was included, and they just pointed to the sign next to the register. However, I don't want to place all the blame on them—I can read, and I was just being a bit lazy by asking. While I do believe the employee's attitude could have been better, we all have off days, and I completely understand that."
